The costumes take their shape in Richard's home. Many are now so large as to require wooden or aluminium frames, and the fabrics and other materials are glued onto the frames. |

"It takes balls to be a Queen" - had 20 metres of sequinned fabric on a frame. The "Patriotic" costume had glittered face masks and feathers covering the frame. |
